- Assist in screening of candidates.
- Assume responsibility for staff training.

- Supervise subordinate staff.
- Drive a motor vehicle in the performance if any or all the employee’s duties.
- Perform any or all duties of a B Grade Security Officer.
B GRADE SECURITY OFFICER
- Supervise, control, instruct or train security officers (Grade C, D or general workers).
- Report on any of the above to the employer.
- Drive a motor vehicle in the performance if any or all the employee’s duties.
- Perform any duties of a C Grade Security Officer.
C GRADE SECURITY OFFICER
- Supervise, control, instruct security officers (Grade D).
- Drive a motor vehicle in the course to supervise or control security officers (Grade D and E).
- Drive a motor vehicle to transport security officers.
- Perform any duties of a D Grade Security Officer.
D GRADE SECURITY OFFICER
- Supervise and control security officers (Grade E).
- Control or report on the movement of people or vehicles through check points or gates.
- Search people and if necessary, restrain them.
- Search goods or vehicles.
- Perform any duties of a E Grade Security Officer.
Duties of BLACK HAWK SA Guards:
- Perform gate operation and access control.
- Carry out anti-sabotage checks.
- Identify potential miscreants.
- Use, monitor and operate black hawk sa security devices and installations such as cctv camera surveillance, access control systems, etc.
- Keep a close watch on safety and fire hazards and respond promptly to prevent loss by fire or other safety or health hazards.
